VPN will not connect

Allow the iOS VPN configuration when prompted. Try another nearby server, switch protocol (or leave Smart Connect on), toggle Wi‑Fi/cellular, and reopen the app. Captive portals (hotel Wi‑Fi) must be accepted before the tunnel can stay up.

Free traffic and Premium

Free includes a weekly traffic cap shown in the app. Premium removes the cap and unlocks the Premium locations listed for your plan. Manage or restore App Store subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3-day trial

The trial is available only through the App Store on the annual plan for eligible first Premium subscriptions. Cancel before it ends if you do not want auto-renew.

Chrome extension

It protects Chrome browser traffic only. If pages fail after connect, check Kill Switch, try another server, and confirm you are signed into the same account as iOS. It does not encrypt other desktop apps.
