FollowNet VPN Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the FollowNet VPN mobile app, website, and services (the “Service”). By installing or using the app, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. Contact: [email protected].

Apple Standard EULA

Use of the FollowNet VPN iOS app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ .

The Apple Standard EULA covers license scope, warranty, refunds, product claims, intellectual property, export control, and Apple’s role as a third‑party beneficiary. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA and address Service‑specific matters (subscriptions, account, acceptable use). In case of any conflict on matters covered by the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA prevails.

1. The service

FollowNet VPN provides VPN connectivity, server/location selection, DNS options, auto‑connect, speed test, and stats. Availability and speed may vary by region, network conditions, and technical factors.

2. Account and login

  • Sign‑in may be performed via a one‑time code sent to your email (no password).
  • Sign in with Apple / Google Sign‑In may also be available.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital consent age in your country).
  • You are responsible for securing access to your email and devices.
  • We may enforce device limits per account (e.g., up to 5 devices for Premium).

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for:

  • Illegal activity or infringement of third‑party rights.
  • Malicious activity such as phishing, fraud, or malware distribution.
  • Abuse of infrastructure: DDoS, spam, port scanning, hacking attempts.
  • Bypassing technical limits (traffic/devices/subscription) or interfering with the service.

4. Subscriptions, trial, and payments

  • Subscriptions are purchased inside the iOS app via the App Store. No subscription is sold on follow-net.com.
  • Available plans, prices, discounts, and trial terms are shown in the app before purchase and may change.
  • Management, cancellation, and refunds of App Store purchases are governed by Apple’s rules.

IMPORTANT — AUTO‑RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION:
• Subscription name, length, and price are displayed in the app before purchase confirmation.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then‑current plan price.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto‑renewal in your Apple ID account settings on your device.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation must be done in your Apple ID settings.

5. Free vs Premium

  • The Free plan may include traffic limits and a limited set of servers/features.
  • Premium removes limits and unlocks additional servers/features as described in the app.

6. Availability and changes

We may change features, update servers, apply security measures, and temporarily restrict access to protect the service. We may also update these Terms; the current version is always available at follow-net.com/terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, or any specific speed. Additional warranty provisions for the iOS app are set forth in the Apple Standard EULA.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FollowNet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, business interruption) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or security reasons. You may stop using the Service and delete the app at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms do not affect mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence. Matters related to the iOS app and license are governed by the Apple Standard EULA.
