AmneziaWG VPN for iOS — enhanced WireGuard for unstable networks
AmneziaWG is an enhanced WireGuard-based protocol for unstable or congested networks. FollowNet includes AmneziaWG on iOS and can activate it automatically via Smart Connect.
Why an extra protocol helps
Some mobile carriers, hotel and public Wi‑Fi networks handle standard VPN traffic poorly — connections drop or slow down. AmneziaWG keeps the WireGuard core and adds connection tuning that can stay more stable on such networks.
Using AmneziaWG in FollowNet
Enable Smart Connect for automatic fallback, or select AmneziaWG manually in Settings → Protocol. Performance may differ from plain WireGuard; Speed Test helps compare.
